The Leopard 1A2 was the first Leopard 1 with an uparmoured turret. The vehicle differs from Leopard 1A1 by the oval shape optical range finders and some other details.
This version was in service with Germany, Italy and Canadian forces in Germany.
This conversion kit is made for the Italerie kits, the Revell kits with the same casting tools as Italerie and the MBK edition kits, therefore these kits do not have a correct A2 turret. The kit consists in 8 resin parts and the assembly instruction.
