Important Information for Our Customers in the United States

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, the shipping conditions for parcels sent to the United States have changed significantly. Since the introduction of these new rules, customs duties and additional fees apply to every shipment to the USA, regardless of the value or purpose of the goods. This has fundamentally changed the shipping system that was previously in place. Currently, the most reliable and cost effective way to ship any goods and items to the United States is via a small and recorded package. Even with this option, the shipping cost per parcel is now €36.00.
As a result, sending free replacement parts is unfortunately no longer economically feasible at the current shipping rates.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. In certain cases, we may suggest alternative solutions—such as combining replacement items with a new order—to keep costs fair and reasonable for both sides. 

Our goal is to continue offering you high-quality products and reliable service while adapting responsibly to these new external regulations.
